[AS57/58/67/68 series] PSU failure Follow
Please boot the switch into Accton Diag. for further troubleshooting.
Step1. Check the PSU LED on the front panel (system LED).
The following figure is the system LED light location for AS5712-32X, AS5812-54X, AS5812-54T.
The following figure is the system LED light location for AS6712-32X, AS6812-32X.
The following figure is the definition of the system PSU LED.
If PSU LED is Amber/Orange, thus one or two PSU modules get a problem.
Step2. Check the LED status on the PSU module power injection.
If the LED of the PSU module is green, it's no problem (PASS).
If the LED of the PSU module is blinking or lighting or amber, it's the problem. (FAIL)
Step3. Identify the PSU number.
The following figure is an AS5712-54X and AS5812-54X, AS5812-54T schematic diagram of PSU1 and PSU2.
The following figure is an AS6712-32X and AS6812-32X schematic diagram of PSU1 and PSU2.
Step 4. Execute (030) Detect PSU status on Accton Diag
Please connect power cords(power injection) to two PSU modules. Otherwise, the test result is failed as
expected.
