[AS57/58/67/68 series] Management port failure Follow
Symptoms of problems:
- Failed to communicate with the switch through the management port.
- The management port can NOT link UP properly.
Boot the switch into ONIE rescue mode for further troubleshooting.
Step 1. Verify physical connection properly or not.
Connected PC/Laptop/other functioning switches to the management port directly.
The management port supported 100/1000Base-T.
Step 2. Execute the "ethtool eth0" to check the management port status.
Check the link detected is yes indicate the management port is normal.

Step 3. Ping Test
Use PC/Laptop/other functioning switches to ping the problem switch.
Example:

The switch IP address: 192.168.3.100/24

If the management port can NOT link up with 100/1000Base-T properly, please return the unit back for RMA repair service.
