- PSU
If PSU LED shows red/amber, please check both PSU modules whether powered on or not.
If yes, please refer to following steps for debugging.
Step-1 Take the current failure PSU and insert it into the adjacent PSU slot.
- If the LED of the PSU module is green, then it is the PSU slot failure.
- If the LED of the PSU module is red/amber, then it is the PSU module failure.
Both of the above situations are considered hardware failures, please refer to the RMA repair service for the next process.
Step-2 If the PSU LED still shows red/amber, please test with another good-working power cord.
Step-3 Please boot up the switch to ACCTON Diagnostic mode for checking. Execute the following commands to detect power supply status.
# diag_main -r system-psu-1
System PSU1 Diagnostic ..............
Check system psu-1 present
psu-1 is present
Check psu-1 status
psu-1 power is good
CPLD psu test PASS.

- No output message from the console port
Please check the following items:
- Console Baud rate: 115200
- Change another Edgecore console cable for testing
- Change another PC/Laptop and adapter (USB to RS232 cable) for testing
- Power cycle the switch several times for sure
All above, if the console screen still does not display anything, please return the unit to Edgecore for RMA repair service.
- SFP/QSFP cannot link-up
Execute the below command to check.
which bcm.user //Show the Broadcom shell path.
cd /usr/local/bin //Login the this path.
bcm.user //Run Broadcom shell.
ps //Check the port status.
The step as the following.
# which bcm.user
/usr/local/bin/bcm.user
#
#
# cd /usr/local/bin
