somebody who could help or give any idea with this below issue for a point to point with 2x MetroLinq 2.5 60-35 with firmware 2.5.0-4225
We had already this issue before, that after a reboot the 60Ghz can't be used anymore, only fallback on 5Ghz is in use.
Previous time, some reboots helps to have the connection back online but now it is still offline after >10 reboots on both sides.
In the portal there is no issue/errors but on 60Ghz there is no traffice or RSSI visible.
Already called distributor/Reseller, they propose to swap with new Ignite (2nd time in a year) OR to install Ubiquiti Airfiber 60.
I should think that this kind of products should be more reliable?
(already created technical ticket with support files from both sides also)
Somebody who knows phone numbers to call Ignite Support?
