WHG405

Hi,

I have one 4ipNet controller WHG405 (Firmware: 3.10.02; Build No.:  1.62.4.3-1.7033.2.14) is having problem and its showing hanged. I have tried to reset it but it’s not resetting.

HDD light is continues ON and status light is OFF.

Please suggest the solution about it, is there any other way to reset it via board or jumper?
