BGP full table hardware requirements

Our network is now connected using 2 BGP routers each connected to an ISP using default routes. The used bandwidth is less than 500Mbps. Outgoing traffic is distributed over the 2 ISP using MLAG and LACP.

We want to replace the current BGP routers and use full table.
What are the hardware requirements, which edge-core product will best fit?
