as9716 output of the "show interfaces status" command is blank and the ports are turned off

Good afternoon, I have an accton as9716-32d switch, I tried to build a SONiC. After installing it on the switch, periodically the output of the "show interfaces status" command is blank and the ports are turned off for a while. Could you please advise me what to do about this?
