Does SAG works in Non Vxlan-evpn deployments?

Hi Team,

Wanted to know if Static Anycast Gateway (SAG) works in non Vxlan-evpn deployments?

I have BGP IPCLOS Underlay configured in my Fabric. To Support Hosts down the Leaf, we need gateway on Leaf.

Can we use SAG instead of SVI (routed vlan) as gateway?

The same question for mclag deployment with IPCLOS underlay without vxlan

Or is it always SAG goes only with vxlan? Please let me know.
